Diamond X Beer Co. is a Billings, Montana brewery known for its handcrafted ales, elevated bar fare, and commitment to creating a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. Their spacious, thoughtfully designed location on the west end of Billings offers a unique setting for both casual visitors and regular patrons.
The Challenge
With lofted ceilings, exposed wood beams, metal accents, and a large-scale footprint, the Diamond X Beer Co. facility presented a unique design challenge. The goal was to create a complete interior and exterior signage package that complemented the industrial-chic aesthetic while still reflecting the bold, Montana-inspired character of the brand.
Zee Creative was tasked with developing signage that would integrate seamlessly with the architecture, using materials and design elements that matched the scale and style of the space.
The Solution
We designed and implemented a cohesive signage system that addressed both functional needs and visual impact throughout the building. The project included a mix of materials, finishes, and lighting elements to enhance the overall experience and reinforce the brand.
Key elements included:
- Vinyl interior topographical map wall wrap of the Beartooth Mountains
- Interior art prints placed throughout the space
- Exterior brushed gold cast letters for strong building identification
Each component was carefully designed to work together, creating a consistent look and feel from the exterior signage to the interior details.
