Yes we do!  Each year, over 400,000 terabytes of new email are created. These conversations with partners, suppliers, clients and between employees not only represent a valuable resource for understanding what happened or what was said, but the materials created become the property of the corporation. Email Archiving can help make sure your property is kept safe and accessible.

What Email Archiving Means:

  • NO Hardware to Install
  • NO Software to Maintain
  • NO Upfront Capital
  • Predictable & Affordable Expenses

Email Archiving Helps Solve Problems Every day businesses face a variety of small challenges that can lead to big problems. Thankfully, email archiving is a simple solution that can address many of them, including:

  • An employee leaves the company and deletes critical data on their way out
  • The lead engineer on a project is unable to come to work for an extended period of time
  • A new employee needs to “get up to speed” quickly in order to support an existing client, but doesn’t have the benefit of a suitable transition from the former account manager

Here are a few benefits of archiving:

  • Eliminate Data Sprawl
  • Identify Rogue Users
  • Create & Preserve a Central Repository
  • Ensure Policy Compliance
  • Answer Audits

Email Archiving Helps Preserve Assets & Enable Investigations

By capturing all of the mail traffic within an organization, it is now possible to identify users who may be sharing intellectual property with parties outside of the organization, and preserve communications from former employees for future use. By maintaining a central repository through archiving, organizations can better control and contain IP, and should the need arise, can conduct a fast and accurate search across the entire dataset (including 500+ attachment types) to find keywords that might warrant further investigation.

Store every message because you just never know.

Search every message when you need to know.

Web Design and Development

Yes, we have a cost effective, fast option for adding mobile device support to an existing website!  Having a mobile web site provides users with content and products at their fingertips.  They have immediate access anywhere anytime.  With this access comes exposure and a rapid fire ability to develop an immediate marketing value.  The value is in the usability of the site, by pairing down the site’s features to the essentials, a mobile site achieves more with less.

The key to an improved user experience is easy navigation and minimal design.  Think of the design as the food processor and coffee maker in your kitchen, you’re not likely to pack those into the mountains along with all your other gear – it would slow you down.  Instead go light and lean and achieve the same goals without all the sluggish design.  An easily loaded and ‘surfable’ site equals easy purchase and visibility by the viewer.

Not only is this a great tool to allow folks to find you among the masses at any given moment, but it also increases your SEO objectives as well.  With mobile sites, you can increase your visibility on the mobile web and gain more traffic to your business (both on the web and at your doorstep).

Having a mobile site is a form of advertising, it’s focused marketing.  Your mobile site is sharing vital information, creating a brand awareness, promoting or linking you to events, and gaining credibility in the search engines.  Overall, a mobile site is a minimal investment with a maximum reward.  Go ahead, ditch the kitchen sink and trek into the future.

Ready to go mobile?  Let us know and we’ll help you get things rolling. If you are building a new site, going with a responsive design is the way to go.  However, if you have a website already and don’t want to get into the cost of a redesign ask about our $100/yr. mobile site add-on that is a fast, easy and economical way to add mobile functionality to your site.

We sure do.  Giving back is a vital part of our community’s success and our own well-being. So much of our success is centered on the personal gains one makes by working harder and achieving more. The very nature of goodwill that so many of us have learned since the early days of grade school is to “treat others as you yourself would like to be treated”. In so many ways, this golden rule is forgotten in the busy and stressful life of today.

A vision for the future must be carved from the efforts of those who can provide help and assistance. Enriching the community we all live in only brings to light the beauty of true friendships and a better tomorrow.

Zee Creative donates a portion of their labor and services each year to a Giving Back fund for the greater Billings Montana Community. Since 1998, Zee Creative has sponsored and donated our time and services to numerous causes, non-profits and events.

Giving Back is a positive way to impact the community through goodwill and volunteer services. Zee Creative is privileged to assist a greater cause or sponsor an up and coming team!

Zee Creative’s success is due to the help and goodwill of others, and we think it best to do our part to pay it forward.

The time it takes to design and develop a website can vary greatly based on a variety of factors such as site size, complexity, features, and client involvement. Small or simple websites can take as little as 4-8 hours to complete. While larger ones can be weeks or even months of production time. It is important to note that the work can span multiple departments and/or individuals. So while the total project hours may be small in some cases it does take time to schedule back and forth between departments and review. Client interaction also plays a role and can introduce changes and new work into the production flow.

The cost of a website can vary greatly based on a variety of factors such as site size, complexity, features, and time constraints. A small site can be built for as little as $400 while a larger site could start in the thousands of dollars. Maintenance is another consideration for cost. Content management system (CMS) sites, such as those built using WordPress, require regular maintenance to keep them running properly and secure. Some clients can handle these updates but most will need someone to take care of them. These can run up to several hundreds of dollars a year depending on the website’s complexity and size.  We recommend our Managed WordPress hosting for these clients.

To get started, please provide us with an overview of your web site in bullet outline form with as much detail on the pages and sections of the site as possible. Include any specifics on functionality that you are expecting for both administrative and public facing parts of your site.  These would be details like ecommerce, forms, search functionality, secure areas, logins, etc.   Also, provide a few examples website designs that you like, your project timeline/deadline and any budget constraints.

The Payment Card Industry (PCI), which includes MasterCard and Visa, require: banks, online merchants and Member Service Providers (MSPs) to protect cardholder information. This is done by adhering to a set of agreed upon security standards. The Payment Card Industry security standard includes MasterCard’s Site Data Protection (SDP) program and Visa’s Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP). This applies to in-house handling of credit card data as well as online.  Many sites use solutions that do not comply with these standards.  If you have questions on how this may apply to your website, please contact us.  We are happy to assist.

CMS is short for ‘content management system’. A CMS allows a site owner to update data (text, photos, etc) on their site without needing to know how to write code (HTML, CSS and similar). A few examples of popular CMS platforms are: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, and SilverStripe.

Yes, we work with clients remotely all the time via phone, email, Skype, chat, etc. Our client base stretches from California to Florida and Canada to South America. We always enjoy the old face-to-face in our Billings, Montana office, but we are comfortable working via other means as necessary.

Yes, but only if you have the original native Flash .fla file. Without it you are most likely starting over. Another consideration with Flash is the lack of support on Apple mobile devices. Unless its really necessary to keep the website and/or content in Flash we highly recommend building a new mobile responsive website.  Adobe has also announced that it will be ceasing support for Flash in the near future.  If you have a website using Flash, now really is a good time for a redesign.

Most all of our estimates are done without charge to the customer. Weighing the cost of implementing a content management system (CMS) usually comes down to frequency of updates and their complexity. If you are only updating your site a couple of times a year and the updates are simple, adding a CMS is probably not a good option. However if you are updating your site every day or week and/or the updates are more complex and time consuming, a CMS will pay for it self in short order.  Our favorite CMS that we use for most of our websites is WordPress.  If you have more questions on content management and your website please contact us.

Web Hosting

Web hosting is a type of Internet service that allows individuals and organizations to make their website accessible on the World Wide Web. Websites are stored, more widely referred to as ‘hosted’, on purpose-built computers called servers.  Zee Creative provides web hosting (storage space) on our web servers for use by our clients as well as providing Internet connectivity to that server via a data center. Without these pieces your website would not be able to be seen.

If it existed when the last backup ran we can retrieve it for you.  If your website uses WordPress you may be able to restore the page to prior version.
