LawTagger FAQ’s

Which version of Access does LawTagger support?
The program was designed to work with Access 2003. However, our customers have been able to use the program without any reported issues in Access 2007. You will need to download the latest Microsoft Office updates for your Access program to ensure proper functionality.

How long will you provide phone support with issues regarding the LawTagger software?
LawTagger support is available for 30 days after the software purchase date. If you need further support after this 30 day time frame, you will need to purchase a service support contract by contacting us.

I have questions on the terminology used in the software and how to use the software with my bedding company. Where can I find information on this?
Instructions are included with the LawTagger program. These instructions cover installing the software on your computer and guide you through how to use the software. If you have further questions don't hesitate to call us at 406-259-6730 or by email.

Which printers can I use with the LawTagger software?
At current the Zebra S4M is the only supported model.

I’m having an issue setting up the printer. Who should I contact?
If you are having problems or have questions on setting up the printer, including connecting it to your computer and getting it to print, please contact the printer manufacturer. Zebra can be contacted through their website at http://www.zebra.com or by calling 1-847-913-2259. This would also include any issues related to print quality.

Can LawTagger be customized?
LawTagger is an Access-based application with a closed-code architecture that does not allow user modification. We can create a custom solution for you if your needs vary from what the LawTagger software can provide. Please contact us if you are interested in a custom software solution for your business.

I am having issues printing and configuring the printer. Who should I call?
